What last-mile delivery across nine states actually looks like

11 March 2026

A tender order rarely fails because a truck was late. It fails because the invoice, the e-way bill, the batch documentation and the delivery challan did not all arrive in the state the receiving store expected.

Our warehousing and dispatch desk treats the paperwork as part of the delivery, not an afterthought attached to it. Every consignment is tracked against its own reference number from the moment it leaves the plant to the point a store officer signs for it.

That discipline is what lets us commit to a dispatch date in writing, and say so plainly when we cannot meet one.
